How to Reconnect Your Suspended Service

We understand that life can get busy and sometimes managing payments can slip between the cracks. Staying connected is essential, and we’re here to guide you through the process of getting your internet service back online quickly and easily.

If your service has been suspended due to non-payment, here’s everything you need to know about the reconnection process:

Option 1: You can login to your Hero Networks24 client portal account.

Make payments of the due invoice via online transfer, debit or physical deposit.

Send your proof of payment to accounts@hero24.co.za

Your service will be reconnected within one hour after the payment is processed.

  • Option 2: EFT Payment – Quick Verification Required If you prefer using an EFT payment method, follow these steps:
    1. Make an EFT payment through your bank.
    2. Submit your proof of payment (POP) via email accounts@hero24.co.za.
    3. Call us between 8:00AM and 16:30PM Mon – Fri on 013 004 0726 to verify the payment.
    After manual verification, your service will be reconnected.
